Everyone wants to grow. There real question is : Are you ready to do what it takes?
Here you will find books used for research during my journey towards recovery and performance. These books will change your life.
Here you will find devices and technology which can help you relax, recover and thrive. I tested these devices for efficacy.
This section is based on years of research in mental and physical recovery, then pushing the limits into performance.
Throughout the years, I've dealt with so many health experts. Through my journey, I’ve identified experts in my area, as well as other experts and authors that would be great resources to assist you in your recovery, or while on your way to life altering performance.
Within this section, you will find contact information for individuals that are experts in their fields and can assist you in physical and mental recovery, then help you reach performance you never thought possible. They helped me immensely and proved their mastery in their field. sharing their information is my way of thanking them for their help, as well as thanking you for being here.
Here you will find the original document of my work called “Twenty Life Philosophies for Extreme Happiness” available to download.
In 2019, I left a 19 year career in Law Enforcement after an unhealthy dose of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Generalized Anxiety and Insomnia. With very little support from my employer due to a lack of understanding about PTSD and mental health issues, I decided I could no longer ignore and tolerate the impact my career had on my health and family. During my career I’ve seen unacceptable decisions made by leaders due to a lack of understanding, knowledge, training and education in the field of Leadership and Mental Health. Throughout the years, bad leadership cost millions of dollars, reduced performance, created unnecessary conflicts in the workplace, created a “collecting a pay cheque” culture, low employee retention driving up costs in training new employees, low morale and sick leave which lowered productivity, lower productivity translated in loss of profits, mental health issue at all level of the organization. I’ve been studying leadership for 25 years and decided that I can help people thrive and make a positive impact on the world by creating incredible leaders and an unstoppable work culture that increases profit, productivity, morale, employee retention while decreasing conflict and health issues in the workplace. This year I have decided to redirect my energy to helping individuals and families going through physical, emotional and mental trauma. Although I cannot divulge much information at the moment, I will however be pivoting away from Absolute Leadership. Instead, I will use my knowledge of Leadership in my next future project and “walk the talk”. Any and all information and documents concerning Absolute Leadership already written will remain on my website for anyone to access for free. I will also keep on writing and providing lessons and material on Leadership free of charge. I will also expand my web page to include a section called Life Philosophies For Relentless Happiness. The section will cover my ways, theories and philosophies to live a happy, fulfilled and peaceful life with meaning. My wife and I went through hell and back dealing with physical, emotional and mental trauma, we developed tools and strategies to survive and thrive. I will share what we’ve learned through my web page and social media. As previously mentioned, I am working on a separate project to help victims of trauma and their family by providing the tools and technology to bring them back to, again, a happy, fulfilled and peaceful life. They may never be the same, but once they understand their issues, they can become a better version of who they used to be. My methodology is simple and called the 5Rs: Recover, Restore, Recharge, Retrain, Reinforce. That project should be released in the upcoming months and I will be able to release more information. Stay tuned!
